24 May
Kemp’s Men are on tour again and, this Whitsun, they are heading back to Derbyshire. Named in honour of Will Kemp (colleague of William Shakespeare and morris dancer extraordinaire), Kemp’s Men dance traditional Cotswold Morris together with dances from their own tradition of Norwich-upon-Wensum.
We now have the honour of hosting them at Haddon Hall to perform the “Morysk Daunce”. You can expect vigorous dancing from the Men and lively tunes from the musicians. We hope you’ll drop by and share the fun!
