The Birds of the Peak District: Talks by Jack Baddams

The Birds of the Peak District: Presentations by BBC Springwatch presenter Jack Baddams

Brand new for 2026, we are delighted to welcome BBC Springwatch presenter Jack Baddams to give two presentations on the Birds of the Peak District in the Tudor Stables Studio at Haddon Hall. Jack is a highly successful author, wildlife researcher and all-round bird fanatic who has travelled the globe to study birds in some of the most unique and remote places in the world, but it’s the birds of his native Peak District that hold the most special place in his heart. He works for the RSPB and the BTO, and has been involved in surveying and ringing birds for many years.

Sit back, relax and be entertained by Jack’s wit, wisdom and inspirational knowledge about our feathered friends. The presentations will be followed by Q&A sessions, allowing you to put your avian questions to one of the country’s foremost bird experts.

Please note that admission to Haddon Hall is not included within the price of this event.
