Since starting to learn the piano aged 4 in 1992, Ben trained as a Classical musician with the Associated Board of Royal Schools of Music (ABRSM). He went on to achieve Grade 8 piano Distinction (2003) and a Diploma in Piano Music Performance (2007), before attaining a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Music & Management Sciences at the University of Southampton (2010).

As a Classical pianist, Ben’s highlight was performing Edvard Grieg’s Piano Concerto in A minor, accompanied by the Milton Keynes Music Service Symphony Orchestra.

From 2005 onwards, Ben extended his repertoire to include music across Contemporary & Jazz genres where to present, he continues to enjoy performing publicly at a variety of special events including Weddings, social and corporate events, as well as for family and friends at home.
