Kids will love the spooky goings-on at Haddon Hall this Halloween, with a special ‘crafty’ Little School of Sorcery.
Following the huge success of our half term Halloween events in recent years, the hall will once again welcome young witches and wizards for spellbinding activities and a few unexpected surprises. From the 26th to 30th October, families visiting Haddon can cook up potions in the Medieval Kitchens, conjure their own spells, discover Haddon’s collection of magical artefacts, and have a go at plenty of spooky crafts. On selected dates, families can also meet real owls in the Banqueting Hall (27th to 30th October).
Our Little School of Sorcery guests will also be given a special magical map to help them spot the curious and unusual secrets of Haddon Hall, and our cosy restaurant will be serving plenty of autumnal treats to keep your witches and wizards happy. There will also be a chance to make your own Haddon mini broomstick to take home with you!
But best of all? Admission to Haddon Hall is FREE for children under 15, making our Little School of Sorcery a fantastic way to keep your little ones busy over October half term*.
Fancy dress isn’t essential but is encouraged!
