Cyanotype Workshop at Haddon Hall

Brand new for 2026, we are delighted to welcome botanical artist Lisa Howard of Indigo Studio to lead a Cyanotype Workshop at Haddon Hall. This beautiful art form involves creating images using the sun, printing directly from elements of nature. This early photographic printing technique is creative and relaxing, and each artwork is entirely unique.

In this half-day workshop in our Tudor Stables Studio, Lisa will gently teach you the skills needed to produce four pieces of art for you to take home and treasure. No experience is required. Lisa will bring a range of hand-made light-sensitive papers for you to use and will also provide a wide range of plants, pressed flowers and feathers for you to print from, but you are welcome to bring your own items to make the prints more personal if you would prefer.

Your ticket includes half-price admission to Haddon Hall and its beautiful gardens in the morning if you wish to take advantage of this, plus tea/coffee throughout the duration of the workshop.

Please note that tickets are non-refundable.
