Christmas at Haddon is a truly wonderful time of year, as the Hall twinkles with lights and candles and the medieval chambers are festooned with beautiful trees and decorations. Fires roar in ancient fireplaces, keeping you warm and rosy-cheeked on even the coldest winter days.
From 12th November to 14th December, Haddon hosts Mercatum – a unique Christmas shopping experience inside the Hall itself, with over 180 talented artisans and makers offering the best in luxury gifts.
From 18th – 23rd December, the beautifully-decorated Hall welcomes visitors as usual by day, but also opens its doors after dark on selected evenings for our enchanting candlelit tours. And, of course, Haddon’s restaurant will be serving the best in festive fare.
