An English Renaissance Christmas at Haddon

Haddon, with its nine hundred year history, has always come alive at Christmas.

Feasting, fun and festivity has always reigned for all to enjoy, and this year is no different. So far in December we have welcomed hundreds of guests, all experiencing the unique beauty of the Hall during the festive season.

There has been music from the Doncaster Waites, the Tideswell Singers and Richard Haslam, dancing from Gloriana Living History, and glittering candlelight tours. Performances yet to come include music from Vocalium and the Royal Northern College of Music, and an afternoon of tales from author of The Christmas Book, Dr Patrick Harding. The restaurant and gate house gift shop are also on hand for delicious Christmas lunches and unique gifts.

The Hall will remain open until 18th December and you can view the full programme of seasonal events here.

Entrance is £13.50 per adult from 10:30am to 4pm, with last entry at 3pm.

Come and enjoy the roaring fires, music and decor inspired by the English Renaissance.

We look forward to welcoming you at Haddon Hall.
