Easter Treats At Haddon Hall

Visitors to Haddon Hall over the Easter weekend can take part in some Easter fun as well as enjoying a look around one of Derbyshire's most historic houses.

On Saturday April 7 and Sunday April 8 staff at the Hall will be dressed in their finest Easter bonnets and will have laid a special Easter trail around the property for visitors to follow. All completed trails will receive an Easter goody bag.

The Easter events at Haddon will be raising funds for the Derbyshire, Leicestershire and Rutland Air Ambulance Service and representatives from the air ambulance service will be at the Hall during the weekend.

Haddon Hall is open throughout the Easter weekend from 12 noon to 5pm. Normal admission rates apply – £9.50 for adults, £8.50 for concessions, £5.50 for children and £27.50 for a family ticket which covers two adults and three children. Visitors are asked to make a donation to the Derbyshire, Leicestershire and Rutland Air Ambulance Service to take part in the Easter hunt.

Mercatum Update - for December 7th 2024

It has been decided by the senior management of Haddon Hall that due to all the UK weather agencies predicting extreme weather conditions tomorrow afternoon in our local area due to Storm Darragh, we have no other option but to cancel the afternoon session of Mercatum for the security and safety of all.

This is obviously a great disappointment for everyone and we apologise for the inconvenience caused. Where possible, we are transferring tickets - please email the team with your booking reference at admin@haddonhall.co.uk, who are working round the clock to transfer your tickets to an available date next week.

We expect to return to normal opening hours for both the morning and afternoon sessions of our Mercatum market on Sunday 8th December.
