Music and Demonstrations held throughout the day
All included in your admission price
10:30 – 4:00pm
On our tenth day of Christmas at Haddon, 10th December, the Duffield Singers, an inclusive community choir, will be bringing the hall to life with wonderful music performed in the beautifully decorated banqueting Hall.
Willow and Blossom, candle makers, will be welcoming our visitors to make a small soy tin candle with a chosen fragrance which will include festive scents. They will also be teaching the basics of candle making including pouring temperatures, fragrance to wax ratios and wick maintenance.
Whilst, Kindred and Kind, florists, will be demonstrating at Haddon how to make beautiful Scandinavian wreaths using wild winter foliage, eucalyptus, rosemary and pine, with fir cones and seed heads. The wreaths are minimalistic and Scandinavian inspired: perfect to hang on walls and doors.
We look forward to you joining us for this fun filled, inspiring day and hope that you will sign your name on our Christmas card to the Queen, which will be found in the Long Gallery.
