Haddon has welcomed visitors for hundreds of years and its beauty and atmosphere never fails to enchant. Haddon is licensed to host civil ceremonies in two of its most magnificent rooms: the Elizabethan Long Gallery – reputed to be one of the most beautiful rooms in England – and the equally grand Tudor-panelled Parlour. We have also recently been granted permission to host civil ceremonies in our Garden Pavilion set within the walled gardens.
After your ceremony, you are welcome to host an English tea party or glamorous drinks with canapés under a vintage marquee in the walled gardens. These have recently been redesigned by the celebrated, Chelsea gold-award-winning landscape designer, Arne Maynard.
Alternatively, you could relax with a glass of champagne in the elegant Earl’s Apartments. Or host a delicious lunch or dinner in the Haddon Restaurant.
The Peacock at Rowsley is the Haddon Estate Hotel and is just a five-minute drive from the Hall. An award winning, Mr and Mrs Smith favourite, with an outstanding restaurant, the hotel offers a wonderful wedding night retreat or pre-wedding accommodation.
Our expert wedding team will be on hand throughout the planning period, and on the day, to make it the wedding of your dreams.
