“It’s such a pleasure to hear music being performed at Haddon. We hope these occasional and varied performances by these very fine musicians will continue to bring much enjoyment to visitors this year and will continue to enhance Haddon's reputation as a delightful setting for music.” - Lady Edward Manners

We’re delighted to welcome today the highly-regarded Halmstad Chamber Choir from Sweden.  Their performance will consist of beloved choir music from the 11th to 19th centuries and will be sung in English, Italian, German, French, Spanish and Swedish.  A narrator will, in English, intersperse by briefly delving into such things as the amazing Herschel siblings, science during the Golden Age and when and why you actually are speaking Scandinavian!
