Our licensed Restaurant is situated in the 17th Century stable block, with views over the River Wye. There is no admission charge for those wishing to use the Restaurant only. A warm welcome is offered to all, including walkers.
Our chef prepares food daily and where possible uses locally sourced produce.
The Restaurant is open from 11.00am every day that Haddon Hall is open. Arrive early to experience fresh baked scones straight from the oven. Throughout the day a selection of hot and cold meals, snacks and sandwiches is served. Daily specials such as Homity Pie, Fidget Pie, Toad in the Hole and Haddon Estate Beef in Red Wine are bound to tempt the taste buds, and of course there's always a mouth-watering selection of homemade cakes including a gluten free range.
The Restaurant is available for private functions, outside normal opening times.
During our Christmas Opening from 4th to 15th December, the Restaurant will be serving a mouth-watering festive menu. The Restaurant can get fully booked, especially on busy days, so to avoid disappointment, please call and book your table in advance. The Restaurant offers several lunch sittings each day.
For those with a lighter appetite, our Courtyard Pavilion situated off the Banqueting Hall in the Upper Courtyard, will be serving hot rolls, filling broths and soups, mince pies, mulled wine and hot beverages. If its a bit nippy in the Hall this is the perfect place to pop in for a snack and a chat!
