Haddon Hall has played the part of Thornfield Hall, home of the brooding Mr Rochester in no less than three adaptations of Charlotte Bronte's classic novel Jane Eyre.

In conjuction with the Jane Eyre Costume Exhibition, we are conducting a series of Guided "Behind the Scenes" tours.

We will look at what happens to turn Haddon Hall in to a film location, letting you in on some trade secrets!  We will visit parts of the house not normally open to visitors, and hopefully bring Jane Eyre to life.

If you are a Jane Eyre fan, a film buff, or simply want to know more, then this is the tour for you.
